Poznań Human Rights Centre has established its own library and documentation centre. The library collection consists of 3 000 volumes, mainly from the domain of human rights and constitutional law, but also concerning family law and rights of child. Apart from the collection of books, the library has a selection of periodicals and a variety of domestic documents.

In addition to books and journals we also have a selection of domestic documents: Sejm and Senat Forms, Sejm's Bulletines, Stenographic Reports from the Parliament's Sessions (till the year 2000), Journals and Monitors of Bills (from the year 1977).
We also collect the documents of the United Nations related to human rights protection and concerning the activities of the Treaty Bodies: Human Rights Committee, Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, Committee against Torture, and Committee on the Rights of the Child.
Our library is a Deposit Library of the Council of Europe. Because of that we possess a full set of the jurisdiction of the European Commission of Human Rights and European Court of Human Rights. We have some documents of the International Court of Justice and the Court of Justice of the European Communities as well.
There are also volumes in English, German, French and Russian.
Access to the library:
Our collection is accessible to all readers. However, the access is possible only in the reading-room of our library. The reading-room opens from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
