Doctoral student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland (supervisor: Prof. Dzidek Kędzia), Data Coordinator of the UN Global Study on Children Deprived of Liberty. Principal investigator in the project entitled “The role of science and data in the era of Artificial Intelligence – States’ obligations regarding data governance under the Article 15(1)b of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights”, financed by the National Science Centre (2019-2021).

Lukasz completed an internship at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Human Rights in Vienna (March-May 2018) and at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights in Vienna (February-July 2019). He was actively engaged in the data analysis of two EU-wide surveys implemented by FRA, namely: Fundamental Rights Survey and Roma and Travellers Survey.

  • economic, social and cultural rights
  • rights of the child
  • text mining and information retrieval methods
