Anastasiia Vorobiova jest asystentką naukową w Instytucie Nauk Prawnych Polskiej Akademii Nauk (INP PAN). Ukończyła studia magisterskie (LL.M) z międzynarodowego prawa praw człowieka uzyskany na Uniwersytecie w Lund (2021); magistra (LLM) oraz licencjata na Akademii Prawa Uniwersytetu Narodowego w Odessie (odpowiednio 2018 i 2016), oraz tytuł magistra (MA) filologii angielskiej i literatury na Narodowym Uniwersytecie im. I. I. Mechnikowa w Odessie (2017).
Jej praca doktorska, przygotowywana pod kierunkiem prof. Aleksandry Gliszczyńskiej-Grabias w ramach projektu MEMOCRACY, dotyczy nadużyć w nauczaniu historii w Federacji Rosyjskiej oraz ich konsekwencji z perspektywy międzynarodowego prawa praw człowieka. W 2024 roku otrzymała grant NCN Preludium (nr 2024/53/N/HS5/00119) na projekt badawczy pt. „ Edukacja czy indoktrynacja? Nadużywanie nauczania historii jako naruszenie praw dziecka podczas wojny rosyjsko-ukraińskiej”, który realizuje w Poznańskim Centrum Praw Człowieka.
Pani Vorobiova aktywnie działa również w ukraińskim gronię obrońców praw człowieka. Obecnie pełni funkcję doradcy prawnego w międzynarodowej fundacji Global Rights Compliance, a wcześniej współpracowała z ukraińską organizacją pozarządową Almenda, zajmującą się ochroną praw dziecka. Jest autorką i współautorką licznych publikacji dotyczących naruszeń praw dziecka na terytoriach okupowanych przez Rosję, przeciwdziałania dezinformacji i propagandzie w czasie konfliktu zbrojnego, a obecnie pracuje nad praktycznymi poradnikami dotyczącymi ścigania kolaborantów wojennych w Ukrainie.
Jest laureatką Stypendium Instytutu Szwedzkiego dla Global Professionals oraz absolwentką Sieci Instytutu Szwedzkiego dla Przyszłych Globalnych Liderów (NFGL).

- międzynarodowe prawo praw człowieka,
- międzynarodowe prawo humanitarne,
- prawa pamięci,
- kwestie międzynarodowego wymiaru sprawiedliwości w sprawach karnych i odpowiedzialności.
